Information we collect
The forms collect an institution’s name and identity, representative’s name and email, evidence links, submitted declarations, messages and an optional PDF. Administration records review notes, status changes and activity. Login and submission limits use a hashed network-address identifier. Essential session cookies support authentication and form security.
Purpose and access
Information is used to respond to enquiries, assess applications, keep an accurate register and protect the service. Application records, documents and internal notes are accessible only to authorised administrators. Approved public register entries contain institutional details, recognition scope, dates and decision summaries; confidential evidence and applicant contacts are not published.
Storage and external links
Application records and uploaded files are held in access-restricted storage. Confidential evidence is not published. No advertising, analytics or third-party tracking scripts are used. Links to institutional or registry websites lead to those sites’ own privacy arrangements.
Retention
The retention period is 12 months for unsuccessful applications and general enquiries, and the recognition term plus three years for successful review records, subject to applicable legal and contractual requirements.
