Scope, cancellation and additional work
The standard accreditation fee assumes one legal entity, one principal delivery location and a proportionate remote sample of its activity. Online delivery may be included in the agreed scope. Multiple locations, extensive provision, translation or an essential on-site visit require a separate written scope and price before acceptance. No additional work is charged without agreement.
The €190 eligibility fee is payable after an initial completeness check and is non-refundable once that review begins. If ineligible, the remaining €300 is not charged. Before substantive assessment starts, an unused assessment payment can be refunded. Once work begins, cancellation charges reflect completed stages set out in the agreement. A declined decision does not entitle the institution to a refund for work completed.
Monitoring is payable annually in advance. There are no automatic card charges. Membership and accreditation renewal require confirmation; payment cannot reinstate a suspended or expired status without review.
Fees are in EUR, exclusive of any tax legally chargeable. The final tax treatment and payable total will be stated in the written offer.
