Accreditation application

Apply for institutional accreditation

Identify your institution, link your evidence to the standards and provide an authorised declaration. Fields marked * are required.

01 / Institutional identity

Tell us who you are.

Use the legal entity named in your official registration.

02 / Authorised representative

Your contact details.

03 / Evidence index

Connect evidence to requirements.

One shared evidence folder or index is enough. Provide its link below and organise the documents by area. Use the optional area links only if your sources are stored separately. Existing pages and documents are accepted. Use public pages or restricted online folders that can be shared with assigned reviewers. Do not include passwords or learner personal data.

A01 · Identity & responsibility

Registry and website links, any applicable permission, and a short institutional profile with the responsible person.

A02 · Clear teaching & learning

Public course information and one existing teaching example. An anonymised completion record, dated delivery record or equivalent source is sufficient; no full course archive is required.

A03 · Suitable educators

A short staff overview and one or two professional profile links or redacted qualification records. Full personnel files and annual appraisal records are not routinely required.

A04 · Fair learner terms & support

Existing terms and support pages or a short learner handbook. Include safeguarding arrangements where relevant; routine complaint logs and recovery-test reports are not required.

A05 · Privacy & data handling

An existing privacy page and a brief explanation of access to learner records. A formal supplier register, technical audit and separate internal policy for every tool are not routinely required.

A06 · Feedback & practical improvement

A feedback example and a one-page improvement plan. A completed improvement cycle, financial statements, risk registers and a formal annual quality report are not entry requirements.
