For membership, use your existing public pages. Write one improvement priority, its owner and target date in the M05 notes; accept the declaration below for M06. No teaching samples, educator profiles or learner feedback are required.

Existing pages and documents are accepted. Use public pages or restricted online folders that can be shared with assigned reviewers. Do not include passwords or learner personal data.
